True Strength Synergy group workout sessions are structured to help you get the most out of your program as you’ll have the advantage of a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a group of like-minded individuals there to encourage and motivate you through every workout. Our group training program, located both in and outside the gym, you’ll get a variety of work outs that are geared to help you improve your physical well being. You will be given the opportunity to experience different workouts using different muscle groups.
Included in each fitness program are weight or resistance training, high-intensity interval training, and cardiovascular training with outdoor trail running, hiking and more. We do our absolute best to keep things interesting so you don’t get bored and lose interest; something that is far too easy to do when it’s the same routine, day in and day out.
